Walking Death

The following information is to help people want to know if they're financially protected under their State Vehicle Insurance. Why? Based on my nightmares with some insurance companies and unethical lawyers that started.....

On, October 7, 1999 ~ the car I was driving was t-boned by the driver in an empty harvest truck weighing 60,000 yes, sixty thousand pounds.

I became Walking Death and a Walking Miracle. My poem The Gates of Heaven Flew Open is in Exquisite Grace Reveals Big Medicine.

Anyway, during this time frame the Colorado Vehicle Insurance was "No Fault" which meant: even though the wreck was not my fault, my insurance company had to pay all medical bills.

A few years ago the insurance law changed for the worst. People believe if they have a car wreck their medical bills are paid by their insurance company - "No!"

April 2008 ~ during the legislative session, Colorado Senators worked to change the law to financially protect people from some insurance companies. The bill didn't pass again.

January 2004 ~ I took my car wreck case to trial. It's very inhumane what unethical doctors, unethical lawyers and some insurance companies legally get away with such as destroying life!

For the record ~ with the help of my team of doctors we won my case/trial!
