First, I need to say, there are many good men and women who get placed in the same category as abusive men and women, this is not right.  So, we all need to keep the categories separate.  Some of my healing was through good men and women such as supervisors, co-workers, family and friends and last but not least my team of doctors.  I want to acknowledge them, say "Thank You" and maybe, you will get a sense of my healing process.

1976 ~ When, I told my aunt (we were sitting on the living room floor) what my mothers husband had done to me, she held me in her arms and rocked me like you would a baby, while I cried.

1980 ~ Forest Service District Ranger Curt Bates, his lesson, because a person makes more money than you, it doesn't make them a better person than you.

1982 ~ Forest Service Specialist ~ Pam Case ~ she is an example of a strong backbone woman and buring desire to be whatever you want to be especially living in a mans world.

My babies disguised as angels, who gave me a reason to "live" ~ Gods greatest gift are our babies.

1979 ~ daughter ~ Horse of a Flaming Star

1987 ~ son ~ Great Wolf Running Son

2002 ~ granddaughter ~ Mystical Seahorse

1989 ~ Mountain Man Dale "Buffalo Dun Dee" Dilley called me his Little Lady and taught me about raising bison, being an outfitter.  Since, my family raised cattle and were hunters, it was easy for me to become a mountain woman.  Dale was as passionate about his babies as I am about my own.  We shared the same connection w/mules, horses, bison it was as natural as the sun rising over the mountain.  I featured a sample of our life together in my first book w/a story titled "Christmas Kitchen" and my third book "Little Ladys Farewell to Buffalo Dun Dee". Dale died from cancer @ age 45.

1999 - present ~ my "Elite Team of Warrior Doctors" all have similar strength, good qualities and are not afraid to "Stand Alone" ~ I've listed an animal strength and/or medicine next to their name (as I see them individually).

Dr. Leahy ~ fox ~ sly, keeps everyone on their toes.  After, my first book was published I told him some people believe I've nothing of "value to say" he responded...it's because you have no arrogance! ~ www.activereleasetechnique.com

Dr. Redfern ~ kodiak bear ~ a tower of strength, emotional toughness ~

Dr. Georgis ~ mountain lion ~ a silent, swift, strike w/his paw is as elusive as the wind ~ www.nora.cc/locater/colorado.htm

Dr. Helffenstein ~ lynx ~ emotional medicine and extremely confident ~ www.braininjuryhandbook.org

Dr. Wood ~ horse ~ a good friend and guide, he has many words of wisdom ~ www.champion-health.com

Dr. Hall ~ buffalo ~ keeps everyone at a distance, a mountain of strength and shields those people from harms way who can't do it for themselves ~

If, I write a book about my entire car wreck experience it'll be titled: "Walking Death" ~ I was walking death several years after this wreck.

Please take the time to show and tell people how much you "value their presence in your life"

It's a way to build a strong, healthy, confident, graceful society through healing "wounded hearts" especially from domestic violence.

I am grateful for your presence in my life.
